Old pix of my truck
I dug up a few more pictures of grandpa's truck. I know there is a close up picture of the door lettering somewhere. I'm trying to find it so I can get it reproduced, once the truck is painted....
Anyway, I thought these were neat:
I really like this one. My grandparents were moving back to Illinois from Arizona. The pic is in Flagstaff April 1970. The mobilehome is a 1957 Spartan Imperial Mansion that I now own, also. Grandpa bought the Chevy just to pull it and sold it when he got back home.

Re: Old pix of my truck
My aunt just e-mailed me a couple more that she had scanned from old slides. I finally got a good enough picture of the door!

Yeah, it's an 8' x 45'. It's in really good shape for it's age and still has all the original appliances.nytemuvr wrote:Cool pics...Spartan was a long SOB

Great to see those pictures...thanks , brings back memories of a better time when you would see station wagons with luggage on the roofs.

It is a D7. My grandpa sold it locally, and it's still in use.MikeMc wrote:I like the dozer. Is. It a D7? You still got it?
