NEED '67 D100 BRAKE LINE DIAGRAM !!!!!

Post by belzeit1 »

NEED TO KNOW THE LINES THAT GO TO THE PROPORTIONING VALVE.
I HAVE A 225 L6 2WD MANUAL.

PICTURES WILL HELP TREMENDOUSLY!!!!

I HAVE THE REPAIR MANUAL BUT DOES NOT READ ACCURATELY TO THE TRUCK.

I DO NOT KNOW WHAT LINES AND WHERE THEY GO INTO THE PROPORTIONING VALVE.
I DO NOT KNOW WHERE THE REAR ONE GOES AND DO NOT KNOW WHICH GOES TO THE MASTER, OR FRONT LINES INTO THE PROPORTIONING VALVE.
ADDITIONALLY, THE MASTER CYLINDER RESERVOIRS DO NOT VARY IN SIZE.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!

It is NOT a proportioning valve.
It is merely a pressure differential sensing switch that activates the warning light on the dash if there is a leak in the front or rear circuits.
Look in the manual, its there.

Thank you to all that helped.

proportioning valve set up and installed and tested. Used the copper/nic lines to replace the corroded steel lines throughout. Will follow-up with a picture when I get a chance with specs of each fitting.

Best
