shocking question
im getting ready to change/upgrade the shocks on the old dog. any suggestions that wont break the bank? im thinking spring assisted on the rear, and a good set of heavy duties up front. what are you useing, or what do you recommend????

If i remember right, Ranchos are pretty popular and seem to work well... I believe the 5000's do real well, though haven't used them myself.

Shocks
Yeap,
I went with the Ranchero 5000 and couldn't believe that a shock could make that much difference! with the old heavy duty shocks their was 3 movements up and down progressing slowly less, then installed the 5000 and you couldn't get a wiggle out of the rear end no matter how hard ya tried! I even got up in the bed and jumped and their was absolutly no movement! I was so impressed that I bought another pair for the front! I didn't get to take it to a road with a lot of curves yet to see how muck difference that would make but I know it has to be alot better!
