Will these wheels fit my d300 chassis

Post by EnglandStGarage »

I have a 1970 Dodge motorhome on a D300 chassis.

Will these aluminum Alcoas fit?

The guy in the add seems to think so but I wanted your opinion before I pull the trigger.

My guess is no, center bore too small.

Just curious. Do folks who run Alcoas run six of them or only the four visible ones?

Center bore if a bit too small can be enlarged to fit.

The guy had a couple of sets when I showed up.

He was parting out a 1990 Ford F350 and it had nice Alcoa's with the larger lug holes and center bore. So I got 4 Alcoa's, 2 steel inner rear wheels, center caps, lug nuts and 6 tires. 4/6 tires were almost new.

I picked it all up for $800. Seemed like a decent deal. Just need to get the wheels polished and we're good to go.

When I throw them on the rig I'll post some pics.
