Does anyone know where to get a new power steering ram for a 70 D100.

I don't but that should but it should be rebuildable I would think, being nothing more tan a hydraulic ram.

There was an NOS one on ebay recently.

Anyway they are dead easy to rebuild. Unless the shaft is bent or pitted, in which case you're SOL. What's wrong with yours?

A guy passed by my dads place and noticed my 71 sitting out front he stopped and talk to my dad and asked him if he knew where to find one ( power steering ram ) and my dad called me to see if I knew or could find one.

Seal kit is PN 2084233

Available from your favorite NOS vendor. I got mine from Arizona parts, but I don't know if they have more.
