I attended the 55th annual MOTAA car show on Petit Jean Mountain near Morrilton, ARK this past week. It is a 5 day event (swap-meet, car corral, etc) topped off on Saturday with a judged car show. The show is strictly for original and restored cars / trucks. No modified or hot rods in this show. I have attended this show every year since childhood.

This year, I was especially excited because I entered my 1967 D100 in the show. There are 5 judges stationed under an awning and you drive your vehicle through to be judged. Each judge has an area he looks at such as interior, engine, undercarriage, paint, etc. It is a pretty rigorous inspection and these judges are pros who know the ins and outs of the old car world.

After the smoke cleared - I won First Place in the pickup truck division! I was very pleased.
