Take them out and soak in solvent or penetrating oil.. Blow out and shoot full of lithium grease. You might get lucky. Used to be a 69 W300 running around near Vancouver, Canada with a 392 running dual 4 bbl propane mixers and he put 4 headlight front end on.

I have noticed that PS Assist pitman arms are curved in an S Shape. All the Non PS I have seen are straight or sometimes curved. Cant explain the reason for that.

Are you sure the pitman arm is different?

That will be apparent when you get into it. If I'm wrong, No big deal.

Just a matter of removing PS Assist system and getting a new pitman arm and drag link to replace the parts removed. :thinking

Ok that’s cool. Upon closer inspection of my truck (haven’t driven it in a few years) I can see there was trim along the lower body but none along the “Sweptline line”.
